notes:

• recovery - work on the brightness
• fill light - in charge of 3/4 tones. if you over exaggerated the amount, the image would look like surreal  
• fill light & black work perfectly 
• when you add some fill light, meanwhile, add some blacks
• brightness focusing on the 1/4 tones, highlight,midtones
• contrast makes whites whiter, blacks blacker. if decreased the contrast, it would effect the tonal range of image
