1. uncheck RESAMPLE IMAGE
2. change resolution
3. bring RESAMPLE IMAGE back
relationship between Height and Height under Document Size & Width and Width under Document Size: Resolution*Width in Document Size=Width in Pixel Dimensions
hold on ALT key and reset image size
