Export it and save as intml ???
5. change margin, column, etc

could do "Reset Essentials'

change the ruler setting by right click on ruler


































Note:
Ruler Per Page=measure each page independently 
Ruler Per Spread= ?? you can move around if necessary 
Ruler On Spine= position the ruler in the middle of the spread where the spine would be

drag the origin 

set as default by double click the origin

go to Page panel, click the blank area

select the area

go to "Layout--Margins and Columns"
